Executive Director
Ritesh is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director for Zinnia. Ritesh is a Senior Banker & Fund Advisor with more than 20 years of experience as a business leader and innovator. Over the course of his career in India, The Middle East & Mauritius, Ritesh has worked across various aspects of Fund Management that include Fund Administration & Advisory, Banking & Trade Operations and Investment Management especially focusing on Corporate & Institutional investors. Ritesh has served as a Director for various funds focusing on India as well as global investments. He is a qualified Master Financial Planner (MFP) from AAFM, USA, an Associate in Insurance (A.I.I) and also holds an MBA from India.
Advisor
Darryl is a Mentor and Advisor to the Zinnia Team. Darryl is the COO of Capricorn Fund Managers. Darryl’s experience in Tax, Corporate Finance, Fund Operations & Compliance, and Risk Management, helps Zinnia closely curate its processes to provide institutional level services to its investors. Darryl also provides the team with insights on how to deal with varied investor types like Family Offices, Insurance Firms, Banks and other institutional investors. Darryl is a graduate from University of Witwatersrand and is an CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants from England & Wales
Director
Amit Gupta serves as an Independent Director on the board of Zinnia. Amit is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in law. Amit has over 23 years of experience across, tax litigation, international tax structuring and mergers and acquisition areas. He has over a decade of experience each in India as well as Mauritius. He is advisor to large multinational corporations, listed companies and funds on matters of commercial legal, international tax and mergers and acquisition deals with special focus on investments in India and Africa.
Director
Dave is also an Independent Director on the board of Zinnia. Dave is an experienced investment and finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is skilled in equity, trading, asset management, wealth management and portfolio construction. Dave is a Fund Manager for funds investing primarily in India and Africa. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and MSc in Investment and inance from Middlesex University, London.
Risk and Operations Manager
Ankit is in-charge of operations and risk management at Zinnia where his primary role is to manage trading activity across various geographies and asset classes for all funds advised or managed by the Zinnia group. An avid financial market enthusiast, Ankit holds a bachelor degree in Financial Market and a masters in Finance.
